On October 28th, more than 20 employees from Henan Jinbailai Industrial Co., LTD and the group embarked on a weekend trip to Linzhou, where they retrace the footsteps of their predecessors and experienced the spirit of Hongqi Canal and carrying pole while exploring the urban and rural landscapes, crossing the Luban Mound, and climbing Linlu Mountain.
The weather was clear and sunny that day, with a slight heat in the air. However, this did not deter the enthusiasm of everyone for reaching the top of the Luban Mound. Leading the team, Alex from our company rushed to the mountaintop and planted our company flag, waiting for everyone to conquer the peak. At 9:35 am, over ten members of our team started ascending the rugged mountain path. Halfway through, some members began to struggle with their stamina. Nevertheless, with the spirit of unity, cooperation, and overcoming difficulties, inspired by the Hongqi Canal spirit, everyone pressed on. Younger members were ready for the challenge, while middle-aged members refused to fall behind. They helped each other, encouraged one another, strengthened teamwork, overcame various difficulties, and after approximately two hours, with laughter and joy, everyone successfully reached the top. There was a great sense of fulfillment on everyone’s faces.
This team-building activity not only deepened the relationship among colleagues and strengthened the team’s cohesion but also reaffirmed their belief in the company. At the same time, amidst the intense work and pressure, getting closer to nature, experiencing the beauty of mountains and rivers, freeing the mind, and enhancing work efficiency, motivation, and enthusiasm, it provided a solid foundation for the company’s humanistic development and sustainable growth. Through hands-on learning and experiential activities, everyone derived invaluable lessons and gained deeper insights into life. After experiencing the joy and success brought by dedication, collaboration, and courage, each person deeply felt the spirit of self-reliance, entrepreneurship, unity, and selflessness embodied by the Hongqi Canal spirit and carrying pole spirit. In the new era, we return to Linzhou to learn and promote the spirit of Hongqi Canal and carrying pole, infusing it with new meaning. We must bring this precious spiritual wealth into our work, and our company will undoubtedly achieve remarkable results once again!
